Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $437,000 for the first year
- Sign-on Bonus: $30,000
- Resident Program: $40,000 per year
- CME/License/DEA Allocation: $1,000 per year
- Paid Time Off:
- 20 weekdays per year
- 5 sick days per year
- 7 paid holidays per year
- 5 days for CME or personal time

Additional Information:
- After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the ability to make decisions regarding tail coverage and other practice-related matters.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal care.
Conduct regular well-woman exams and preventive care.
Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and diseases.
Perform surgical procedures as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
Participate in on-call rotation, covering weekends 1 in 7 and weekdays 1 in .
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
Valid medical license to practice in California.
DEA certification.
