St. Mary Medical Center is looking to hire a PERM OB/GYN at a women's multi specialty ambulatory center located on Roosevelt Blvd in Northeast Philadelphia. In collaboration with a large, 28 provider primary care practice, the center will be offering services such as radiation, radiation oncology, breast surgery, cardiology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.

Job Description:
  • This OB/GYN will be part of the current practice with 4.5 FTE, adding another 1.0 OB/GYN so call will be 1:6 when this person is hired.
  • Potential to have primary time spent at new location on St. Mary Medical Center campus and some time spent at the Red Lion Site (Northeast Philadelphia). Splint time to be dependent upon patient volume.
  • M-F + every 6th weekend and they each take turns doing a 24 hour shift during the week, but the next day would be post call (light admin day - not seeing patients)
  • Provide laparoscopic procedures as well as D&C and evacuations for missed ABs. Both locations have robots. St. Mary has the older version Si but locking in the XI very soon and Nazareth just got the Xi.

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN

  • Experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, training in robotics
