Job Overview – OBGYN Physician:
Join our client's healthcare team in Newark, NJ, as an OBGYN Physician. This role involves providing comprehensive women’s health services according to ACOG guidelines and company policies. The position requires flexibility with travel across multiple locations.
Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000/year
Location: Newark, NJ (Must Travel to Multiple Locations)
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
Responsibilities as the OBGYN Physician:

Responsibilities as the OBGYN Physician:
- Primary Care: Provide primary care and women’s health services.
- Case Histories: Prepare and review case histories, obtaining data through patient interviews.
- On-Call Participation: Participate in the provider on-call schedule.
- Office Procedures: Perform office-based procedures and educate patients on their importance.
- Medical Records: Maintain accurate and legible medical records in compliance with company policies.
- Medication and Therapy: Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
- Invoice Collection: Collect in-patient invoices and submit them to the CMO’s office timely.
- Meetings and Initiatives: Participate in department and clinical services meetings, health initiatives, and collaboratives.
- Education: Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathy with a valid NJ license to practice medicine (NJ CDS, federal DEA, and NPI).
- Certification: Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of state and federal public health laws related to medicine.
