  • Dates: Start as soon as credentialed- Ongoing need for 9 months
  • Schedule: Providers in clinic M-F, and on-call after hours, Only on call Saturday and Sunday
  • Types of cases: full scope
  • Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 38
  • Total Hospital Deliveries (annual avg.): 456
  • NICU – Level 1
  • 2 Clinics: 1- inside hospital, 1- 20 min away
  • 4+ providers see patients in the clinic daily.
  • Certifications: BC, RI license
  • 60 day credentialing
