- Clinical Role:

- Shifts per month needed, beginning when: 8-10
- Root Cause: Core team member going out on FMLA for 4 months, unable to deploy more diplomats to the site
- End date: September 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025
- Shift Times: 24 hours
- PPD: 2-3 deliveries, 2-3 triage, 1-2 ED
- Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 167
- Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 250
- EMR: Cerner
- NICU Level III Baby-Friendly Hospital
- Hospitalists Needed for First Assist
- First Assist Available to the Hospitalists
- Hospitalists to Backup Midwives
- Midwives on site: 16-hrs per week outpatient
- Anesthesia In-house 24/7
- Gyn surgery: Hospitalist will provide emergent GYN coverage
- Reason for coverage need: Onboarding program
- Residency Program & Type: Dental, Family Medicine, & Pharmacy
- Board Certified – Required
- Active CT License – Required
- Specific procedures required: GYN
- Minimum Gyn cases required to work at this site: minimum 25 within the last 12 months
- Minimum Delivery cases required to work at this site: 100 within the last 24 months
