Requirements to apply:
- Current State of Georgia M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Current valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.
- Current and Valid CPR certification
- Experience with in-office procedures
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OB/GYN to join our incredible Columbus, GA team!
Job Overview
- Perform clinical procedures & services that are within the approved skills profile and/or scope of practice.
- Perform GYN procedures at local hospital(s)
- Provide medical backup as necessary to all our health center sites and clinicians while remaining adaptable and flexible.
- Provide supervision, consultation, medical backup and instruction when needed to Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses and other health care delivery team members in all our Health Center sites as applicable.
- Utilize medical staff protocols for referral, follow-up and quality assurance.
- Agree to comply with clinical guidelines
- Work closely with Health Educator to provide appropriate health education and follow-up to patients
