Local facility looking for

• 24-hour Weekend call coverage Fri-Mon 7a-7a, plus call back (30 min response time)
• Weekday Clinic 7-4 or 8-5
• Week night call, plus call back (30 minute response time)
• Staff onsite: 6 physicians, 1 Midwife, 1 APP women’s health and prenatal care, 1 APP women’s health
• Average 35-40 deliveries a month

REQUIRED:

• IL License, DEA, CSR, OR IMLC
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS, ABOG/AOBOG
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
