We are seeking a highly qualified Locums OBGYN Physician to provide mainly call-only in Berlin, VT. The primary responsibilities include managing patient phone calls, labor and delivery, and emergency department calls. You will also handle antepartum and urgent visits in the clinic. Midwives will take the first call approximately 50% of the time. All coverage shifts are typically 24 hours during the week and 48-72 hours on weekends. We are looking for a physician who can primarily offer call support, with a lightly scheduled clinic during the day to allow for urgent needs. Preferred procedures include laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and D&C. Anticipated procedures and surgeries per week range from 1-5. Manage a patient load of 16 patients per day in the clinic and 20-30 births per month.
