DESCRIPTION:

• Target start: May 2025 on-going
• Minimum of 4 shifts a month availability requested
• 24 hour shifts only
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: only for emergent cases
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: Not required
• NICU Level: III
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (annually): 300
• MFM onsite? (telehealth)
• In-house Anesthesia? Yes

REQUIRED:

• AL state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified OBGYN
• AL State DEA
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• 100 deliveries in past 24 months no assisted, but preformed
• 25 GYN Cases in the last 12 months

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc
• Malpractice insurance provided
