OB/GYN Opportunity - Mattoon, IL
SBL Women’s Health Care is staffed with six OBGYN physicians and two APPs. One physician is retiring this fall and one physician is leaving to pursue a teaching position. We have one open position. This is an extremely cohesive and fair group who ensures everyone works together. Average 800-900 deliveries per year. Dedicated pediatric hospitalists available to attend high risk deliveries. One Da Vinci robot in house currently with a second planned for next fiscal year.

A not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten county region. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is a 165-bed facility located between the communities of Mattoon (population 17,000) and Charleston (population 17,000). With more than 200 medical staff and more than 3,000 employees we’re growing rapidly and adding specialties. Physician and employee satisfaction surveys are consistently in the top decile nationally in job satisfaction and engagement. We have a special culture that is tangible and is at the heart of all that we do.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY

- $425,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:4 call
