Seeking a Locums OBGYN Physician in Clinton, IA. The position operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend call responsibilities spanning from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on Gynecology in the office setting, with additional responsibilities for Obstetrics. They should be prepared to perform Gynecological surgeries as needed during the week and must provide emergent C-section backup when on call simultaneously. The role involves heavy coverage in Gynecology with OB support, managing both routine and complicated deliveries, including low-risk and high-risk cases.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification is highly preferred.
• Active Iowa state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation.
• Clean malpractice and background history strongly preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
