Here are the details:
Position: Certified Nurse Midwife
Position Type: W2, Locum Tenens
Facility: Outpatient & Inpatient
Location: Sacramento, CA
Start Date: ASAP, upon hospital privileging
Length: 6+ months ongoing
Hours: 24-hour coverage per day, 12-hour shifts, Day and Night shifts available. No call.
Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts, no more than 3 shifts in a row without a 24-hour break, tailored to fit your availability.

Position Highlights:

• Level 1 Nursery: Provide care in a well-equipped, family-centered environment.
• Comprehensive Labor and Delivery Options: Support a full spectrum of birth options, including low-intervention birth, TOLAC/VBAC, hydrotherapy/water birth, nitrous oxide, anesthesia, and volunteer doula services.
• Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced CNMs and an OB Laborist.

Credentials Required:

• Active California license
• CA DEA certification
• Certified Nurse Midwife
• Procedure logs
