Job:
OB-GYN Opening at our Hospital Specialty Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible OB-GYN who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 fulltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (450k+)
RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $40,000 – $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:
Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Provider schedule – Four 10-hour days per week
Average of 13-17 patients per day o For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
11 exam rooms
1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment
2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
Behavioral health on-site for consultation and warm handoff
1:3 call
Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting
