· CT state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).

· DEA

NC/PRES with:

· Delivery volume over the last 2 years.

· NPDB self-inquiry report: [Register to View] + explanations (if applicable).

· Updated CC (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)

· 8+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:

· Start by July 2024.

· 24-hour. 8+ shifts per block.
