MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Mason City, Iowa.
Job Description:
  • Busy practice with instant volume
  • Join the team of four OBGYN’s and one ARNP
  • Approximately five days of call/month
  • Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation.
  • Operating Room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN Surgeons, including Robotic availability.
  • Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.
  • In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $375,000 base salary
  • Up to $200,000 sign-on bonus
  • 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
  • Annual CME – $5,500

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test) in OB/GYN
