- Work Dates Needed: Tentative start date July 1st 2024. 2-3 Months assignment
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 5PM - 7:30AM (14 hrs) . Possibly some weekend and holiday shifts which are 12.5 hour shifts. Prefer full time but open to part time.
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: Work as a Hospitalist in OB/GYN. Provide care and supervision of residents/midwives to patients on L&D (admission, triage, delivers by C-section or vaginal, pp BTL), OB/GYN triage area with procedures such as biopsies, exams, Bartholin's treatments, miscarriages, etc., coverage of emergency department (emergencies, consults, etc.), coverage of urgent OR cases such as ruptured ectopic, torsion of masses, vaginal hemorrhage, etc. (laparoscopic,/laparotomy approaches, D&C's, etc.), coverage of ward patients. There is backup available for complicated patients or if there is a large, simultaneous influx of patients. Prior to taking call, complete proctoring would be required.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license with at least one year of experience following graduation. Board Certified preferred, facility but will consider Board Eligible. If BE, facility would like to see case logs from last year of residency,
