Physician – OB/GYN – Locums

Requirements:

• Board Certified OBGYN – Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
• Active KS license – Highly Preferred
• Active BLS – Required for credentialing
• Active DEA – Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)
• Candidates must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered – Required
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date – Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background – HIGHLY PREFERRED – Self Inquiry NPDB report is required prior to an offer is made.
• Procedure Logs – REQUIRED BY BID DUE DATE. Providers without after the bid ends will NOT be presented. Submission page must be noted with the following within the past 24 months for OBGYN: Hysterectomies — 5 min
• C-section — 5 min
• Deliveries — 50 min
