- Three year employment contract with a competitive income based upon MGMA;_x000D_
- $50K signing bonus and loan forgiveness! _x000D_
- Year-end incentive bonus for meeting pre-established quality and patient satisfaction goals_x000D_
- Moving expenses up to $10,000 based on actual receipts_x000D_
- Quarterly incentive bonus based upon WRVU model for outpatient visits and inpatient admissions as outlined in final contract_x000D_
- $3,000 annually for CME, books, periodicals, professional memberships, dues; 1 week for CME_x000D_
- Full malpractice insurance including tail coverage after fulfillment of contract_x000D_
- 50% on the first 5% they contribute to the 401k after 1 year of employment_x000D_
- Full comprehensive benefits package consistent with other employed physicians_x000D_
- 25 days ETO (Earn time off) at the beginning of your contract._x000D_
- Work out of one hospital potentially growing to 101 beds NO running around to multiple hospitals_x000D_
- 1:3 call is so light you can go to weekend ball games knowing you will rarely be called away_x000D_
- Practice general urology or female urology with a supportive staff and hospital management_x000D_
