- Beds in Facility: 16
- Active NM License – Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- Board Certified Required / Minimum Board Eligible
- ACLS, BLS – Required
- Call Type: In-House
- Call Response Time: On site
- Shifts can be both 12 and 24 hours
- Need coverage for 6 24 hour shifts or 12 12 hour shifts per month
- Two CNMs on call 24/7
