Culture & Support: 2 RNS/MAs per provider
Desirable Practice Setting: 3 exam rooms per provider with office space for each physician; Well-established and Hospital Employed Practice
Ideal Work Environment: State-of-the-art facility with recent $3 million dollar renovation
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $400,000 base salary
Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 sign on bonus
Retention Bonus: $20,000 yearly retention bonus
Additional Bonus Incentives: RVU Production starting year 2
