• The position pays in the $355-365K range (guaranteed salary) with a 3% annual cost-of-living increase. We do not pay based on RVUs. Quarterly bonus is 100% of the physician’s practice profits (physician’s revenue minus overhead expenses).
  
• Clinic hours are M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-12. Friday afternoons are for administrative time as needed.
• Call is 1 day/week plus 1 weekend every four weeks. Extra pay for extra call.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents. Our physicians’/family health insurance is provided in exchange for precepting six residents/medical students per year.
• Facilities: located within short walking distance of the hospital campus; physicians’ lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour all-access employee gym
• We delivered 700 babies in 2023!
