Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecologic surgeries, and postpartum care.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through compassionate and personalized care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in California or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in managing routine and high-risk pregnancies, performing obstetric and gynecologic surgeries, and addressing complex gynecological issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and culturally competent care to diverse patient populations.
