Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing OB/GYN patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Call is 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases.Details:

- Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN
- Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives
- Setting: Clinic and inpatient call.
- Required procedures/job duties: all OB/GYN procedures including more than 5 c-section in the last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in the last 24 months. Need to have procedure log at time of presentation.
- EMR: EPIC
- Reason for coverage: 2 vacancies.
Must have the following within the past 24 months: at least 5 hysterectomies and at least 5 C sections.

Qualifications
Active KS License - HIGHLY PREFERRED, OPEN TO CANDIDATES WILLING TO OBTAIN IMLC.
Active BLS - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Procedure case logs for a minimum of 24 months for OB/GYN; at least 5 hysterectomies, 50 deliveries, and at least 5 c-sections.- REQUIRED AT PRESENTATION - NO EXCEPTIONS - SUBMISSION PAGE MUST BE NOTED
Procedure case logs for a minimum of 24 months for FM OB: at least 50 deliveries, and at least 100 C-sections
