Locums – Harrisonburg, Virginia, OB/GYN Hospitalist Opening Clinical Role:

- 12- or 24-Hour Shifts: 24hr Time
- 8 Shifts per block needed to be filled by agency
- Will take Truly Board Eligible and Board Certified
- Active VA License
- Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Hospitalist
- Job Setting: Inpatient
- NICU Level: II – 32 weeks gestation and above. Baby-Friendly Hospital
- Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 158
- Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 125
- Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 325
- No MFM onsite UVA MFM supports program
- In-house Anesthesia
- Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes, emergent only
- Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: on an as needed basis- pediatricians perform them
- Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Yes, as needed or when available
- 2.0 program with MD and CNM 24/7
- First Assist Available to the Hospitalists
- Hospitalists to Backup Midwives
