Mission-minded organization seeking an OB/GYN to join a growing practice less than 1-hour to the Chicago suburbs.
Practice Details:
• Established practice of 3 OB/GYN's with multiple Midwives and APRN's
• Flexible schedule options include a 4-day work week to support your preferred work/life balance
• Group will have approximately 800 deliveries this year
• Reasonable 1:6 Call
• Traditional full spectrum mix of both Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Collegial group that is very interested in providing any mentorship
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive two-year salary guarantee in the $375K - $400K range with the ability to transition into a production model
• $100,000 benefits package can include sign-on, loan repayment, residency stipend, and more
