Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OBGYN to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to our patients. In this role, you will play a vital part in our healthcare team, delivering high-quality services while adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Provide obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, family planning, and gynecological surgeries.
- Perform routine screenings, diagnostic tests, and procedures as needed to assess and manage women's health issues.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the individual needs of patients, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in on-call coverage schedule, providing timely and effective care to patients during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, ensuring completeness and compliance with medical records standards.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license and DEA registration.
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience practicing as an OBGYN.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting women's health.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
