The Opportunity:
• Thriving OB/GYN practice with excellent clinical and administrative support, modern facilities and the latest technology including the DaVinci robots.
• 4-day work week, 1:7 call with flexible scheduling, and generous paid time off allow an excellent work/life balance.
• Practice a balanced mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology with no limits on procedures.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base with $300K+ earning potential years 1 and 2.
• Ownership track after two years with moderate buy-in and total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
• Executive level benefits with 100% paid health care for you and your family plus extraordinary employee retirement contribution to 30K+.
