Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $340K
• $113K in annual quality incentives plus wRVU productivity incentives with a threshold of 7,200 and a rate of $54
• $40K Commencement bonus
• $8K CME with 3 days
• Full Benefits, including Malpractice with tail

• Robust Diagnostic services, Telemedicine to expand specialty care and consults, and a Multidisciplinary Team for close collaboration with dedicated OB nursing staff, and support personnel, as well as other medical specialists within the hospital
