St. Luke’s Health System, a Top 15 and Idaho's largest health system, seeks a System Medical Director to lead St. Luke’s Women’s Service Line, to join us in our journey of improving health and lives by delivering exceptional performance and outcomes in safety and quality, access and affordability.

The System Service Line Medical Director (“System Medical Director”) has the accountability for development and design of the Service Line’s vision and strategy for St. Luke’s Health System. The SMD is responsible for innovating new programs that will drive the best possible outcomes at the lowest total cost of care and for facilitating variation reduction efforts across the health system within the Service Line. The SMD will align and work collaboratively with other services line, acute care, ambulatory, post-acute care, nursing, and St. Luke’s leadership to promote and develop optimal services. Working in partnership with leaders, the SMD will promote continuous improvement of clinical services and patient experience throughout the continuum of care.
