Service area covering 55,000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York._x000D_

Seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking physician who will thrive as part of a small, well-trained, experienced medical staff contributing to the team-oriented environment. _x000D_

* The clinic is open on days with flexible hours._x000D_
* Patients are supported off hours by Express Care and the ED, and the provider on call._x000D_
* Very busy, established practice. One is on UPMC Cole's main hospital campus, and another is in our Port Allegany Health Center._x000D_
* We currently have two Physicians, one Certified Nurse Midwife, and a Women's Health Nurse._x000D_
* Outpatient & Inpatient_x000D_
* The workload is expected to be between 350-400 office encounters per month_x000D_
* Approximately 125 GYN surgeries annually_x000D_
* Approximately 220 to 250 deliveries per year (Pediatrician on-call attends these if requested by OB/GYN.)_x000D_
* We usually have 0-3 babies in the nursery, rarely any inpatients. Very sick children and infants are usually transferred to a children's hospital_x000D_

* The OBGYN practice is currently comprised of 2 physicians and one CNM._x000D_

* Initial agreement requiring a minimum 36-month term. Candidates not requiring a Visa may be presented with a 48-month term._x000D_
* Compensation is based on MGMA median_x000D_
