Gorgeous NE AZ-Permanent OB/GYN in NE AZ-Beautiful Sunset/Scenery/Wildlife/Outdoor Recreation

*Location: Remote area in NE Arizona, one hour from the Grand Canyon.

*Setting: Critical Access Hospital/Clinic

*Start Date: ASAP upon Credentialing Completion

*End Date: Ongoing (6 month commitment required)

*Coverage:
-Option 1: Clinic + Call : Every 4th weekend call/every 4th day call, rest of weekdays-clinic

-Option 2: 100%-7 consecutive days of 24 hour call per month with no clinic
*Requirements:
-Active, unrestricted license fro any U.S. State or Territory
-Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
-Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, no large payouts over past 7 yrs.
-Covid & other vaccines and medical tests
*Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
