Island Health is seeking a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our collaborative well established practice in early to late fall 2025. In this role, you will join a cohesive, multi-specialty group providing the surrounding communities with the latest in technological advances and medical innovations. Physician will have the opportunity to practice top of license and take advantage of strong and supportive mentors.   • Four-day work week
  • 1:4 Call Schedule
  • Work closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staff
  • Loan Repayment Programs-Eligible for PSLF
  • Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform, utilized throughout the organization
  • Compensation is between $376,554 and $451,864 per year
  • Sign on bonus: $30,000

  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay. In addition, providers have CME, retirement benefits as well as relocation assistance.
