  • Clinical Role:

    • This is a permanent position
    • Medical directors collaborate and support the clinical team, work alongside the hospital leadership and medical staff while serving as part of the clinical team
    • Ideal candidates will be board-certified with at least 2 years of leadership experience, able to demonstrate clinical excellence with superior communication skills, practice clinically at the designated facility
    • Qualifications also include a current or in-process Indiana licenses to practice, have active and current skills in the full breadth of the OB/Gyn specialty with the skill set and confidence to be the only covering provider in the event of an emergency, and a focus on providing quality care, placing the patient above all other considerations
    • Flexibility in scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities and dedicated educational programs for our OB/Gyn hospitalists
    • Full-time entails 168-192 hours per month
    • Flexible scheduling 12-hour or 24-hour, in-house shifts available
