*Location: Northern New Hampshire

*Start Date: 12/24/2022

*End Date: Ongoing

*Coverage

1. Saturday, December 24 at 8 am through Monday, January 9 at 6 pm
2. Friday, February 3 at 8 am, through Monday, February 6 at 6 pm: OPEN
3. Friday, February 24 at 8 am through Monday, March 6 at 6 pm: OPEN
4. Friday, March 31 at 8 am through Monday, April 3 at 6 pm: OPEN
5. Wednesday, April 19 at 8 am through Monday, May 1 at 6 pm: OPEN
6. Friday, May 19 at 8 am through Monday, May 23 at 6 pm: OPEN

*Call is 24 hour

*Any locum new to this client will need to arrive one business day earlier than assignment dates listed in order to complete orientation to hospital, practice and EMR/CPOE.

*Must be able to float between multiple sites.

*EMR: AVH, CCFHS, and CPOE required. No dictation available but client uses Dragon voice recognition.

*Locum candidates must have “clean” history and be able to thoroughly/accurately complete application for Client Medical Staff within 2 weeks of decision to accept assignment. A candidate that has already been credentialed as a Locum by at least one company, and has satisfactory feedback from the clients, is preferred.

*Locum candidate that is currently NH Licensed is preferred

* Candidates must meet threshold eligibility requirements for OB/GYN including current neonatal resuscitation certification.

*Candidates who can fill all/multiple weeks of coverage and who require limited travel will be given priority.

*Please let me know your availability, the number of shifts per month you can handle, and dates you are available/unavailable.
