Turnkey opportunity to join a nationally renowned health system in a beautiful, family-friendly community in SW Minnesota. Enjoy full scope OB/GYN with a balanced mix of OB and Gynecology and a diverse patient panel. Moderate volumes and exceptional support staff allow you to practice your way.
The Opportunity:
• Moderate patient volume: see 15-20 patients and enjoy great clinical support allowing you the time to develop relationships with your patients.
• Flexible work schedules are available with 4-day work week or week-on/week-off options.
• 1:4 weekday only call allows you exceptional work/life balance.
• In-office ultrasound with 3 exam rooms per physician and a dedicated nursing team including surgical nursing pods.
• J1 and H1B visa support
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary plus production bonus with total compensation above the 75th percentile.
• Executive-level benefit plan for you and your family including attractive retirement plan options.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
• 150K sign-on bonus plus relocation and other recruitment incentives, including student loan repayment options.
