Join an award-winning, world-class health system in Minnesota. Moderate volumes and a balanced mix of OB and Gynecology allow you the flexibility to practice how you want. The OB/GYN group works together to allow high quality care and exceptional work/life balance with no weekend call.
The Opportunity:
• Work for one of the premier health systems in the country with access to the latest technology and most advanced medicine.
• Flexible work schedule with 4-day work week or week-on/week-off options.
• See 15-20 patients per day allowing you time to build relationships with your patients.
• In-office ultrasound, 3 exam rooms per physician and dedicated support staff providing all the resources you need to provide high-quality care.
• 1:4 call, weekdays only.
Compensation Details:
• Base salary plus likely production bonus with total compensation above 75th percentile MGMA.
• Comprehensive benefits including extraordinary retirement plan with pension plan and 401K with outstanding employer contribution.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
• 150K sign-on bonus plus relocation and other recruitment incentive options.
