Aspire is in search of a Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Physician for Lexington VA Healthcare System.

- normal clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm local 30 minute daily lunch period is not compensated.

Must be a US Citizen
Medical Degree:Graduation from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. -
Residency in Nuclear Medicine:Completion of a dedicated residency program in nuclear medicine, usually lasting several years, focusing on the diagnostic and therapeutic use of radioactive pharmaceuticals.

Board Certification:Passing the certification exam administered by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM).

Radiation Safety Training:Understanding and adherence to radiation safety protocols related to handling radioactive materials.

Clinical Skills:Expertise in interpreting nuclear medicine imaging studies, including SPECT and PET scans, and managing patients undergoing nuclear medicine procedures.
