We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners at OSF Sacred Heart.
Qualifications:
- Hospital Medicine: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
- Authorized to work in the United States
- We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- We are currently seeking a nocturnist physician to work nights.
- Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

- Admissions and cross-coverage calls
- No procedures

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: Base salary is $409,500 for the night position, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package
