We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- We have a great relationship with our medical staff office; they are very efficient and helpful during the privileging process. We have multiple committees that our providers can lead or join.
- Enhancing the patient experience, our clinical performance nurse plays a pivotal role in assisting you throughout the care process.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- Hospitalist/Nocturnist experience preferred

Practice in the Hearth of the Community
Scheduling:
- If full time, your schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off.
- The hours are 7 pm to 7 am.
Key Responsibilities:
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists coverage 24/7.
- There are 2 Nocturnists working each night that perform admissions and split cross coverage. No procedures required.
- Our hospitalist team is part of the rapid response team with intensivist support.
- Our team meets frequently to relay key information from administration, discuss group operations, and for general feedback.
- We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
- We use EPIC EMR and have access to our own internal informatics platform.

- Compensation: Expected annual compensation for a fulltime Nocturnist is between $327k- $347k – which is comprised of a base salary plus incentives
