St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking full-time Nocturnists to join our employed hospitalist group at Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York.
Job Description:
- The selected candidate will join an established, directly employed, hospital medicine program. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, flexible scheduling, and a physician friendly environment.
- Closed ICU
- Nocturnists have to run rapids and codes. ICU providers handle ICU – Hospitalists do not have to.
- No required procedures
- Shifts are 12-hours (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), 7 on/7 off.
- The average daily census is 15-18 patients per physician per day.
- APPs are also part of our team.
- Accepting upcoming 2025 and recent grads who are working toward BC, as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Competitive base salary
- Relocation Allowance, if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
- Starting bonus up to $40,000 (to be discussed at interview)
