We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 50 physicians and ten advanced practice providers, supported by a clinical performance nurse at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • This is a nocturnist position with various flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time.
  • 7 on/7 off, 10 hour shifts – 9 PM – 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We welcome the challenge of complex cases. We work in a hybrid ICU with intensivist coverage 24 hours a day (our team is not expected to perform procedures but does see the occasional DKA patient).
  • For those who like to teach, we work with medical students from Pacific Northwest University, residents from East Pierce Family Medicine Residency, and APPs from all over the country.
  • Committees are rotated through every six months or at one’s discretion.
