We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- We are seeking a nocturnist to join our close-knit team of 19.5 physicians and six APPs at Texas Health Huguley Fort Worth South.

- Our hospital stands out for its consistent performance and collaborative environment, with customized O/E metrics reflecting patient documentation, an impressive GMLOS O/E score below one for three consecutive years, a 5-star mortality rating, system-leading multi-disciplinary rounds, and the lowest physician turnover rate in five years.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in internal medicine.
- ACLS and BLS certified.
- H-1B eligible; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- This is a full-time internal medicine nocturnist role, with a 7-on/7-off model, working from 7 pm – 7 am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide value to our partner hospital and be involved in committees. These include, but are not limited to, the medical executive committee, sepsis, stroke, chest pain, clinical performance, glycemic committee, readmissions, mortality reviews, pharmacy, and therapeutics.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to adapt, learn, and grow.
- Utilize the AdventHealth dashboard, developed in coalition with experts at SHM, to measure outcomes and work in EPIC, with access to Sound’s internal informatics platform.
