We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:
- Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 16 physicians and 4 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
- We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and are involved in committees ranging from CHF to mortality.
- We meet monthly for team meetings and internal staff meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- We proudly support both H1 and J1 Visa Candidates who can take advantage of Sound’s excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts.
- All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound.

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- This is a nocturnist role, so coverage is typically 7p-7 am.
Key Responsibilities:
- We welcome the challenge of complex cases. There is an open ICU with intensivist coverage. Our team is not expected to do procedures.
- Residents run codes and rapids, and our team attends to our patients
- For those who like to teach, we work with medical students, APPs, and third-year Ascension Genesys IM residency program residents.
