Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days on / 7 days off
Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Nocturnist Physician to join our team for ongoing locum tenens coverage at one of Philadelphia's top hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care during the night shifts and to enjoy all that Philadelphia has to offer.

We're looking for an experienced Nocturnist Physician to join our team for ongoing locum tenens coverage at one of Philadelphia's top hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care during the night shifts and to enjoy all that Philadelphia has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide inpatient care from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
-Focus on admissions only, with no rounding required.
-Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians, 15-20 residents, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
-Supervise and interact with residents during the night shift.
-Coordinate with APPs who provide cross coverage for floor calls.
-Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for patient documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
-MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
-Completion of an Internal Medicine residency program.
-Experience in a nocturnist setting within a midsized hospital is preferred but not required.
