NOCTURNIST Opening for 25 Weeks /yr | Earn $450K-$500K admitting 9-11 per night
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position (no 1099)
*7 on 7 off, 12 hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
*Group of 32 Hospitalists
*13 Hospitalists on each day / Additional on swing shifts
*2 to 3 nocturnists on each night plus 2 NP's
*NP's take all of the coverage except rare questions
*A couple of hospitalists also come in early around 6 am to help out
*40 Bed ICU with intensivists / subspecialists
*Full Benefits
*Work in a modern 640 bed hospital
*8-11 Admissions per night
*No rounding on the floor
*Some Procedures Required. Have Intensivist on-site until 11 pm. Then Intensivist on call if needed
*Lots of subspecialty support
*Hospital has IM and FP residency program
*EPIC EMR
*Full benefits including malpractice, tail, ONE WEEK PAID VACATION, relo, cme, health, 401K, etc.
*COMPENSATION
+On-going salary
+Quality Bonus ( up to $30K)
+wRVU Bonus
+Retention Bonus
=$480K / yr based on current staff averaging 10 admissions per shift ($2,742/day)
(At 9 admissions per night would earn around $450K)
*25,000 Sign-on
*$15K+ relo
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*Must be BE/BC in Internal Medicine
*Does not qualify for J sponsorships / Open to H sponsorships

*Option to live in large college community, a short daily commute if desired
