We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 8 hospitalists at Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
• Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Sound Physicians Intensivists provide support to the hospitalist team.

Qualifications:

• Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Flexible Scheduling:

• This nocturnist role primarily involves night coverage, offering flexibility and a distinct work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
• The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians’ internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

• Compensation: Compensation is based on the number of shifts worked. On average, our nocturnist physicians earn a yearly base salary ranging from $316K to $345K.
