Seeking an enthusiastic Nocturnist interested in working as a full-time employee, focused on excellent patient care.
  • Work a comfortable schedule of six-on-nine-off.
  • Physicians will work 144 twelve-hour shifts per year as a full-time employee with extra shifts available for additional income
  • Work with a supportive team of physicians and APPs
  • Primarily covering one site, 370 beds
  • Closed ICU/Procedures not required
  • House staff is usually covering the emergent needs, but Hospitalists are to report to codes and rapids to assist and oversee transition of care.
  • Currently, Nocturnists see any cross coverage that arises, ICU transfers, plus 7-10 admits.
  • Nocturnist physicians are expected to provide medical care to assigned patient population, maintain timely and appropriate documentation of such care, and actively participate in medical staff duties.
