HOSPITALIST -NOCTURNIST OPTION IN MISSISSIPPI
LOCATION:
Eastern, MS. Very close to Birmingham, AL, 2 hrs. to Jackson, MS and to Memphis, TN!
DETAILS:
Excellent position for an EXPERIENCED, BC/BE Hospitalist. DO or MD can apply. A practitioner of Internal medicine is preferred. This is a NOCTURNIST POSITION, hospital employed position associated with a network of physician clinics and a 315-bed acute care hospital. In this position the hospitalists have a strong voice in hospital operations to include participation in all committees! They also contribute directly to quality outcomes of patient experiences. This is a busy inpatient service! 8 to 10 admissions per day, 15 shifts per month. You will also be working with Internal Medicine Residents and an Extender. Schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off with possibility for extra shifts!
A competitive compensation package is being offered. A market-based salary in the upper $300,000.00. Benefits include the following: Sign-on bonus, CME days with a $5,000.00 allowance, relocation allowance. paid vacation, holidays, Insurance includes life, health, family health, malpractice, extra shift rate, and other incentives.
