- $385,000 guaranteed shift based pay; $40,000 sign on for 3 year commitment_x000D_
- Average caseload of 16 20 patients per day_x000D_
- Open ICU_x000D_
- Back up call not required_x000D_
- Flexible schedules. Most physicians are scheduled seven on/seven off_x000D_
