Job Description
Washington Regional Medical System, a non-profit organization in Fayetteville, AR, is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Neuropsychologist. The ideal candidate will be committed to clinical excellence in a strong health care system which offers full practice support with a large referral base from 200+ employed physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting outpatient neuropsychological evaluations for adults with wide range of: presenting concerns including MCI, dementia, movement disorders, brain injury, and cognitive dysfunction secondary to general medical and psychiatric conditions
• Excellent time management/report writing skills to ensure that results can be shared with patient and referring provider in timely manner
• Comfortable providing feedback and educational sessions to patients and their families
• Capable with performing neuropsychological assessment in the event the technician is unavailable
• Experienced with performing neuropsychological evaluations for variety of referring providers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA accredited graduate program in clinical psychology or neuropsychology
• APA-accredited internship in clinical psychology and a 1-2 year post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology
